4. Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law to request enrollment. If you are under the age required by your local law, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent.
5. Requests for Enrollment
To request a place in a program, submit the form available on the website. Submission does not guarantee admission. We may ask for additional information and will confirm availability by email.

6. Prices, Currency, and Taxes

8. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Attendance
We may reschedule sessions or adjust delivery format for operational or quality reasons and will notify participants as soon as reasonably possible.
If you need to cancel or change your enrollment, please contact us in advance. Any specific cancellation conditions, deadlines, or fees will be communicated during enrollment confirmation.
9. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance contracts within 14 days under EU and Dutch consumer law. However, this right may not apply once a service has been fully performed with your prior express consent, or may be subject to proportional charges for services already delivered before withdrawal. We will provide withdrawal information and instructions, where applicable, during enrollment confirmation.
10. Participant Conduct
You agree to use the website and programs lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited conduct includes:

- Harassing, threatening, or disrupting other participants or specialists
