9. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance contracts within 14 days under EU and Dutch consumer law. However, this right may not apply once a service has been fully performed with your prior express consent, or may be subject to proportional charges for services already delivered before withdrawal.
